All our neighbors are welcome to join us as we celebrate Advent together!
Families and kids are always welcome at Wesley! This is true for all of our Advent events as well. We hope that the Christmas season can be a time for people of all ages and backgrounds to find community, joy, and peace. Children are welcome to join in all regular Advent events. Alternatively, the children’s ministry will be offering fun Christmas activities, crafts, and more for our Wesley kids.
Our mission is Seek God, Celebrate Community, and Serve the World, as a Bold Body of Believers in Christ.
At Wesley United Methodist Church, we believe that nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus. You are invited to worship, wonder, and discover God's grace with us, and to participate fully in this community of faith.
We celebrate God’s gift of diversity and value the wholeness made possible in community equally shared and shepherded by all. We welcome and affirm people of every gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation, who are also of every age, race, ethnicity, physical and mental ability, level of education, and family structure, and of every economic, immigration, marital, and social status, and so much more. We acknowledge that we live in a world of profound social, economic, and political inequities. As followers of Jesus, we commit ourselves to the pursuit of justice and pledge to stand in solidarity with all who are marginalized and oppressed.
Whoever you are, wherever you are on life's journey matters to us. Your presence here is a gift as we seek the God who seeks us all!
“Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as ever you can.”
— John Wesley
